Hello!

I created this website to keep people updated on all aspects of who I am and what I’m doing.

I am a marketing and technology enthusiast with a special interest in event planning and branding. My career brings together my love for creative communication techniques and innovation in marketing strategy and brand management. I have a BBA in Marketing, Advertising and Business Management and experience with a Fortune 500 technology company. Additionally I pursue a myriad of creative endeavors including design and brand strategic consultations.

Feel free to browse through my work and send comments and feedback! I’d love to hear from you!

Sincerely,

About Me

After being born in the Phillipines, raised in California and attending college in Texas I have been bitten by the travel bug and I’ve had the opportunity to make friends from around the globe. I love that technology has allowed me to keep in touch with everyone and be influenced by art and design from all over the world. I hope to continue my education and improve upon my creative skills by pursing an MBA in Design Strategy.

Executive Events

SAP Marketing is known for hosting spectacular executive events. I participated in planning and executing quite a few of them. I specifically worked on the SAP World Tour, SAPPHIRE, TechEd tradeshows, Executive Summits, Value Academies, Customer Training, Exclusive Product Launches, and many more. A couple of my special projects were a breakfast series with PricewaterhouseCoopers and the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year Awards.

Presentations

I am very comfortable with Microsoft PowerPoint and have used it to give presentations in-person, host webinars and contribute to group and national team presentations. Above is a sampling of the types of slides I have created.

SAP Marketing Innovators 2009

SAP Marketing Innovators 2009 was the second annual scholarship competition run by the SAP Marketing Specialist team. In 2009 I led the team in improving upon the 2008 competition participation results and achieved a 300% increase in event participation. A team of two from Grand Valley State University won the 2009 competition and received a $5,000 scholarship each. Their social media marketing proposal was implemented into the 2010 SAP Americas Marketing Plan.

In addition to flying the five finalist teams in from all over the country we arranged for them to be hosted at the cottages on the SAP campus that are usually reserved for executives. We gave each competitor a certificate of participation signed by the Vice President of North America Marketing and a swag bag full of SAP branded goodies. Finally, we were treated to a tour of the new Green Building Initiative certified building featured in the first image.

SAP Marketing Innovators 2008

Marketing Innovators 2008 was the first annual scholarship competition run by SAP Americas. I was an integral part of the team that came up with the idea for the competition and together we ran an incredibly successful inaugural event. A team of four from the University of Wisconsin took home the grand prize of their marketing proposal being implemented into the SAP 2009 Field Marketing plan as well as a $3,000 scholarship per team member. In addition, one of the competitors from Drexel University went on to intern at SAP the following year.

Email Invitations

When I joined the SAP Marketing team, they were spending $2,000 per invitation though a vendor. Through my creativity and initiative a new best practice was adopted and there is now an internal tool called “UltraPass” used throughout North America for the express creation of email invitations. I saved my team $100,000 in the first year alone. Here are a few examples of the invitations I created.

Sporting Events

From exclusive invitations to tournaments along the PGA Tour including the US Open, the JELD-WEN Tradition and the Boeing Classic to the SAP Open tennis tournament and the SAP 505 Sailing World Championship I worked on a variety of sporting events. In 2008 and 2009 I personally coordinated SAP’s sponsorship of the Boeing Classic as one of my special projects. The 2009 event led to a $4M deal being signed in the West region.
